MOVING ON

Wednesday morning, March 18, we will be leaving Valley Gateway RV Park and starting our trek to Missouri for a visit with family and friends.

               Welcome to Valley Gateway

We have let our supplies run down, aired up the tires, cleaned the truck, and changed the oil in anticipation of our travel. We are hoping for fair weather and plan three days to Niangua, MO if all goes well. The following week we will move to Paris or Columbia, which will be our home base from which we will do our visits, Dr appts, shopping, etc. We are anxious to see you all.

The wildflowers, fruit trees, grasses and weeds are all blooming here. Allergies are rampant but Sharon is doing well since her sinus procedure last week. She has a followup at the South Texas Sinus Institute, Tuesday afternoon.

                      Cactus in bloom

Grapefruit tree in bloom still with fruit.

The price of fuel is still relatively low and it is a good time to travel. Our summer Workamping job is in Livingston, Montana. We are scheduled to arrive there a week before Memorial Day and will be there until the week after Labor Day.

Livingston is about 45 minutes north of the Yellowstone National Park entrance at Gardiner, MT. Therefore, a great place for some of you to visit. Jim, Betsy, & Max are already making plans. We will be at Osen's RV Park and would love to have several of you come see us and visit Yellowstone. Give the owners Mindy and Peter a call
(406-222-0591) to make reservations. There is one cabin as well as RV sites.

The Texas Bluebonnets are starting to bloom and we are looking forward to watching for fields of them as we amble north.

WHEREVER YOU ARE IN YOUR WORK AND TRAVELS, ENJOY THE JOURNEY.
